茉莉酸（JA）和脱落酸（ABA）是植物用来应对逆境的最重要的两种抗性激素。中国科学院昆明植物研究所植物次生代谢分子调控专题研究组在前期发现：当受到腐生性病原真菌-链格孢菌侵染时，渐狭叶烟草会提高JA-Ile和ABA的生物合成来激活不同的抗性信号通路，从而提高植保素-东莨菪素scopoletin和东莨菪苷scopolin的合成，以及关闭气孔来抵御病原菌（Sun et al., 2014 Journa...
