2023年冬天以来,连续三轮低温雨雪冰冻天气对全省林业造成严重损害。“森林是湖南生态系统的主体,是水库、粮库、钱库和碳库,在经济建设和生态文明建设中发挥着重要作用。”省林业局负责人表示,系统积极战冰雪、抗冰灾,湖南林业紧急发布技术防范指南,从守护森林“水库”“粮库”“碳库”“钱库”方面指导灾后恢复,减少损失。
