近日，俄罗斯国家原子能公司（Rosatom）旗下TVEL核燃料公司专为VVER-440反应堆设计的第三代RK-3燃料在科拉（Kola）核电厂4号机组顺利完成第五次辐照试验。检查结果显示，在经历5次辐照循环后，所有RK-3燃料组件均未变形或受损。和之前的VVER-440燃料相比，RK-3燃料改进了设计，延长了换料周期，可进一步提高燃料利用率。
