采用聚合酶链反应(PCR ) 和核酸探针杂交技术, 检测了100 例临床尖周炎患牙根管内标本中牙龈卟啉菌(Pg) 的分布, 并对两种方法进行了对比研究。结果显示: ①PCR 对尖周炎中Pg 的检出率为74% , 核酸探针为76% ,两者的总符合率达到94%; ②在两种方法检测的所有项目对比组之间均未见显著性差异(P > 0105) ; ③Pg 与尖周炎临床症状中的自发痛、叩痛、臭味和尖周肿胀有关(...
